I began cooking while in college. During graduate school, my close friends Larry, Rick, Brad and I formed a “gourmet” club taking turns creating a special meal for the group. For a time I was a single working parent who, like so many others, after working at the office, and picking up the kids, would then have to make the family meal. My goal has always been to find or create easy recipes from which I could make fun dinners, and use the dining event to reconnect with family and friends.
I hope that Easy Recipes and Stuff will help the new cook gain the confidence to create fun home cooked meals. For the more experienced cook, I hope you will enjoy my recipes, and share some of your recipes with me.
While I use what I believe are healthy ingredients, I am not a nutritionist. My only claim is that the recipes are easy, tasty, and will result in enjoyable meals.
