Canning is easy if you have the right tools for the job. May I suggest to anyone who is  nervous about giving it a try is to start by making jam. It is the same idea only in small batches and is very easy to do.  Prep and process times are quicker with jam and is a fantastic way to get ones feet wet. Having a canner and a jar lifter makes for easy work and the satisfaction of hearing the pings of sealing jars is just wonderful! Before you know it you will want to try pickles!]]></description>

I have never seen sausage like that chicken jalapeno you use, it must have amazing flavor. 
The meatballs I can do, I always have a bottle of liquid smoke in the fridge.
And those tales look just fabulous! We get the frozen and fresh shrimp up here but they never look as good as those Langostino tails you used. 

So hungry now! Great post.]]></description>
